I love it here for a few reasons. 1. the complex is small, and I get to know my neighbors. 2. my little Buddy loves his walk sniffing all his little friends' butts. 3. There is no noise between floors, and when you apply for a service request, they come quickly for maintenance and are very friendly. I’ve also mentioned it in surveys like this one. I feel like some of my rent should include being able to live in surroundings that are pleasing, presentable, and enjoyable. January 8, 2025Overall, it’s an excellent complex with its own shortcomings, as is the case everywhere. I’d like to highlight the quick response to maintenance issues, which is a big plus, and the excellent staff, including both managers and workers, who are always helpful. As for the downsides, I’ve already mentioned the need to improve the cleanliness culture in the grill area and around the trash bins. There’s no waste sorting like in Europe, no coffee machine or kettle in the shared kitchen, and the office ...workspace hours are limited for IT professionals in the evening. And Last - This is just my personal opinion, but I would invest in more greenery, a video surveillance system, and improved floor soundproofing.
