April 22, 2025DO NOT LIVE IN THIS COMPLEX! 1. Management has poor communication skills an will not communication with tenants 2.Will try to hold you responsible for damages that were already there prior to moving in an will make it hard for you to get your deposit back. 3. Management will take no responsibility for their actions an have no sense of Urgency when it comes to things that break. 4. Pest control will only come out once and will never come back again. 5. Maintenance is poor at their job as they ...only rely on the office to tell them what to do an do the bare minimum. 6.This complex can not maintain a rightful owner as they will get sued and have to pawn it off to another owner just to make ends meet. If you see this is a good fit for you then by all means pay your way to a filthy life style as this is the type of service you'll get with this apartment complex PLEASE STAY AWAY AS YOU WILL REGRET LIVING HERE.Property Manager Responded

Horrible Management Bad Complex
September 20, 2023The complex horrible, the management is very unprofessional, and you will have countless problems with your apartment. Trying to get anything fixed is like pulling teeth and if you ask for an update you will be ignored. Run as far as you can from this place.Review from Apartments.com

August 23, 2023I lived there from May 2017 until April 2023. They never fix things and complain that they have so much to fix. I have been fighting with the new owners for months trying to get my deposit back. They told me that I was getting a full deposit back, but then never followed through. Phone calls and emails to Glennette go unanswered. If you want to be screwed over, then this is a great place for you. Otherwise, run.
