February 19, 2025Many improvements needed: - gym hours keep changing without our knowledge, which has been affecting residents routines and schedules. - several emergency exit doors remain rusty, do not close properly, and are hazardous to our safety. - several entrances via garage and street remain unlocked. Presenting danger to residents and welcoming in strangers. - heat in corridors keeps on coming and going, with frigid temperatures throughout the winter - windows are poorly insulated - elevators keep ...breaking down weekly - snow piled up everywhere during winter storms, allowing limited access to garage for residents and off street parking for guests. - common areas keep getting destroyed during reckless resident parties in the lounge (no accountability or fix): pool table, couch, other tables - trash room is often overflowing with trash: trash shoot is often blocked, and the only recycling bin is consistently full.Property Manager Responded
