May 25, 2023I had everything together and she denied me really didn’t give me a good reason … the building is really old … the staff is very unprofessional they eating while trying to do thing… it’s unorganized… since they did not have a good reason to why I was denied they will not give me a refund. October 4, 2021I just moved in a week ago. ROACHES EVERYWHERE YOU TURN !!! I can’t even put food in here because it’s invested. Don’t let the renovations fool you !! Please don’t move here if you don’t want to live with bugs. They claim it’s pest control WEEKLY I haven’t seen him yet. and I’ve bombed the place 4 times there still here smh RUN ! September 18, 2021When this was The Life at Lakeview the place was on point. Constantly saw East Point Police on the grounds, maintenance requests filled quickly, groundsmen picking up trash, the whole nine. Since Elite has taken over it has turned into a slum. My A/C was broken for NINE DAYS and the office staff was rude and unprofessional about the matter. Plus they STILL have not fixed the A/C despite three trips to the office, an unanswered email to the property manager, and a plethora of phone calls. I was in ...a very hot apartment and they could care less. The put a cheap wall unit A/C in, leaving the window open. It will be winter soon and I won't have heat plus I have an open window. Trash no longer gets picked up off the ground and there is no longer a website to pay rent or make maintenance requests on (not that they fix anything anyway). I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the City of East Point and will do the same thing with every regulatory agency I can think of. Roaches, Trash every where, No A/C
July 26, 2021This complex is so trashy. There is constantly trash all over the parking lot, the roaches are outrageous. My grandson lives there, and I visited hi for a few days and he keeps a clean home, ....he doesn't leave dirty dishes in the sink or dishwasher, and the critters are everywhere. I had to leave because it was ridiculous and his air conditioner went out. And apparently, the air conditioner is still out, and it has been over a month. That is not good service. Especially during these ...Summer months, it gets extremely hot in the apartment and the kids could not take it. That is an emergency. June 14, 2021Well I have issue as far as repairs, that haven't been taken care of since I been there (little over 2 year). When I moved in, there was a big hole in the bathroom door, electrical sockets not working, fan over stove not working at all, these I can deal with but what I can't deal with is the noise nuisance. Kids some even teenagers running in the building. After reporting this numerous times to security and the East Point police the seems to be unable to rectify this problem, the kids are ...playing them as chumps. I hate it
May 4, 2021I’ve been here for 2 years I’ve had this leak in my ceiling since forever it took them forever to fix it and then they didn’t even fix it good it still leaks til this day when it rains hard on top of that when I moved here there were roaches already living here it wasn’t til I moved the refrigerator and a roach nest was behind it there are roach droppings left in the cabinets and I’ve had to treat the problem myself every now and then I see baby roaches come out of nowhere the gates never work ...for real and the trash is always over flowing and trash everywhere they over charge for this dumpRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
I hate it here lol
March 1, 2021It’s took them 7 months to come fix the hole in my ceiling in my bathroom. They didn’t even take out the installation and etc to see where the leak was coming from they just patched it up. They never answer the phone.
