    Leasing office took care of me from the start of the whole leasing process and everything was pretty smooth. As for my apartment overall I was happy with it and for sure can make it work for me. Pretty good location as well being right next to camp creek

    Roach Infested. I paid for my own pest control through orkin and the orkin man said it's no getting rid of these. There were hundreds of dead roaches in the glue trap. It was absolutely gross. This place should be condemned

  • Would not recommend.

    The process started off great, they would contact me every other day about touring / applying. I applied about a month after and things flipped. I initially applied for a unit with washer/dry connection which was not ready when I moved in but was guaranteed on multiple that contractors would come and take care of uncovering the connection port. The contractors came about 3 1/2 weeks after I moved in just to uncover that there was no piping for my unit, however the units beside me had connection. ...
    Communication is terrible, I had to reach out to the office each time. For small maintenance requests , it was obvious that I was a bother to the leasing office and maintenance. I waited a week for them to reach out to me with some type of solution and did not receive one so I contacted them today only to find out that the full issue had not even been communicated from maintenance and leasing. Then to top it off, they did not even have the correct address in their system for my unit , as I had to get it from a neighbor or I could not have changed my mail. If I could do this process over again , I would not have even wasted my time. However I would to thank Rikkia as she has been helpful in whatever she has been able to help with.

  • Pleasant tour experience

    I was running behind, however, leasing agent Chelsea was quite accommodating. She was very informative. She knew her stuff, and she was quite honest with me with all the concerns that I had really look forward to living here based on the service given. Also upon arriving I was received warmly by Rikia. Great experience I’ve received thus far!

  • Horrible place

    This apartment complex is filled with liars. After two months of telling me I was approved and they were waiting on apartments to be cleaned they called and said I wasn’t approved. They wasted my time and my life and ran off with my money.

  • Do not move in

    I went to go tour the apartment before submitting the administrative fee. Thank God I did. The model apartment is nothing like the pictures. The layout is the same but the apartment is falling apartment. There are big holes when you open the cabinets. It was not clean. I can only imagine what your actual apartment will look like if the model looks that bad.

  • Roaches! German Roaches

    I moved in and they did not give me any walk through just handed me the keys. First I didn’t get the style I asked for that was shown to me in the staged apartment ( by the way looks nothing like what they will put you in) first night roaches came out of everywhere it was disgusting I asked for an exterminated they never came so within in a week of moving in I had to move right out I’m now stuck in an Airbnb until I can find a new place since I lost all my money. I would advise not moving here.

    The apartment setup is cute (although the renovations are very noticeable. I was not able to do a walk through due to their COVID policy. Therefore, I was not able to see everything until I moved in.. In addition, complex has a roach issue. I have been in correspondence with the office via email and visiting the office due to the fact, they do not often answer the phone. This is now the 3rd week my unit has not been fumigated per my request. Maintenance also takes a substantial amount of time to ...
    complete orders. I am speaking weeks. I have only been here 2 months. I am very unhappy. I am in the process of exploring options for leaving at the end of the year. I'm really sad to be so dissatisfied so early on. Atleast if it was time down the line I could offer the benefit of the doubt. But nope, maintenance, management, pest control, and the unit itself are all an issue for me. The layout is still cute though and the leasing agents I have been in contact with have great customer service skills even when dealing with complaints. That's why I'm comfortable giving 1 star.     Apartment office people were pretty nice. Set up of apartment is not the nicest. Paint and appliances were thrown any kind of way. You can hear everyone moving in apartments next door you think someone is in your apartment. Me and my bf car was broken into within two months of living here, they busted both of our windows out while we were sleeping and our front door was messed with. No cameras around and no neighbors saw anything. We do not feel safe. They are moving two policemen into the ...
    complex just because it is so bad. People walk all day and all night long. It’s uncomfortable. Most of them speak and are friendly but you never know people at all. If you want to live here just be assured you have some steel of weapon cause nobody wants to see you with anything in this area and although the office staff are nice with “Get Out” vibes.
