The hallways are constantly covered with dirt, shared dog park is covered with waste and reeks of urine, and the pool area is never cleaned. Work requests are left incomplete, or the staff will enter your home without knocking or asking permission. It's disappointing to see a complex that looks so nice from the photos be so poorly maintained, with an unresponsive staff dismissing all concerns.Property Manager Responded

The area is wonderful and the community of people living here are terrific. All of the common spaces are kept very clean a well. The location of the complex is ideal and only a short drive to many awesome places in Austin, including downtown. The management team is always quick to respond to questions, and any maintenance issues I have are always handled promptly and professionally. My apartment seems to be extremely energy efficient, I pay a fraction of the price in utilities compared to other places I have lived where I was even splitting the cost with roommates. The location is great, very accessible to all parts of the city. I had a small roach problem when I first ...moved in - probably due to the heat of the summer, but I submitted a maintenance request and it was taken care of within a couple days and I haven't seen any roaches since then. The management team is also very attentive about letting the residents know when something is being worked on - main building boiler etc. And there are all sorts of great amenities. The apartment itself is very high quality, nice appliances, wood floors and high ceilings. It is quality workmanship and doesn't feel like a cheap item with a fancy cover.
