May 22, 2022The price is NOT worth the material of building and new management (AMC) acts like you’re intruding. They’re requiring cashiers checks without online payment or itemized billing. This community is on the downhill. Would not recommend unless the price is drastically reduced and you can put up with extremely thin creaky floors that make it sound like your upstairs neighbors are bending the floorboards every time they walk.Review from Apartments.com

January 22, 2022Let me start by saying... I’m not disgruntled, just a tenant that should’ve made a better decision when looking for an apartment home. These apartments are very nice ON THE OUTSIDE, but that’s where it stops. They charge for reserved parking, but don’t enforcing parking. What a joke. You pay $35 a month and hope and pray you get your spot. It really is a gamble. And because the leasing office does NOTHING about it, you’re forced to be parking police until you get tired of playing the game. ...The walls are extremely thin. If you’re ok with hearing your neighbors conversations, hearing them shower and use the restroom then this place is for you. I can’t wait to move out!! Lease is up in 8 mos.Property Manager Responded
