Buildings Look Nice built cheap

The price is NOT worth the material of building and new management (AMC) acts like you’re intruding. They’re requiring cashiers checks without online payment or itemized billing. This community is on the downhill. Would not recommend unless the price is drastically reduced and you can put up with extremely thin creaky floors that make it sound like your upstairs neighbors are bending the floorboards every time they walk.
