I'm have been living here for less than a year. The staff is the worst I ever experienced in my life, the manager is even worst, he does not respond to his tenets via phone call or text. We would call him/ text him daily about the rat infestation & he would constantly ignore us. REPEAT THIS PLACE HAS A BIG RAT INFESTATION PROBLEM. They do not care nor do anything about your complaints. The rats run around the house, poop, and put holes in the walls 24hrs around the clock. Literally I almost ...
stepped on them a few times during the day, that's how bad it is. When you move in the they say a exterminator is supposed to come every month, they even have it posted up in the apartment halls. Not once did a exterminator come & Ive been here for about 9 months. This is sad. Also the garbage is right on the side of the house in garbage cans not even in a dumpster & it is literally right outside your window, the smell is disgusting. If you are gonna to move here be prepared to share your apartment with rodents (rats), have the smell of trash lingering, and expect the staff to do nothing about it. So please just avoid living here in the first place. The next move is to call the city or state and get this place place shut down this is unfit living conditions and I'm not the only one with these problems the whole complex has these issues. So do not move into these apartments.

I lived at this location for a short time the management staff is horrible. They have a serious problem with mice. Also there were multiple break-ins while I was there which caused me to move & they would not return my security deposit to me bc someone broke into my apartment on a Sunday & by Friday I moved out. Stay away from this place !!!!
