September 3, 2024I lived there for about a year and every day out of that apartment is like a breath of fresh air. I’ve had multiple neighbors had multiple car break ins (including myself), and the apartment was semi-recently flooded. The amenities are poor. Not an ideal experience
September 12, 2023Wanted to share my experience for any prospective renters at The Ellis. I had a 'bait and switch' experience where I was shown an empty unit twice. I paid the application fee, was approved right away and then didn't hear from the leasing contact for two days when she mentioned the unit was renewed by a prior tenant. This was disappointing and felt disingenuous and unprofessional. I wouldn't have applied if I knew the unit wasn't available.
