  • Don't Be fooled

    Let me say this first. We stayed there for 9 months, and it was the worst living experience we have ever had. We have rented and owned and built homes. At moving in there was a surprise 200-dollar charge after we had already signed and had our moving company set up for delivery the next morning. Then from the new construction the apartment was not cleaned, and we had to clean it ourselves. Theses should have been a warning sign that we should have figured out how to move out sooner.     a few months into our stay we had the fire alarms to go off for 12 days in total. All were in the late night hours except for two days where it went off multiple times during the entire Saturday. This went on for 3 months until finally the fire department called once they found out from us that the maintenance there had given the residents the code to just silence the alarm. So, if you want to take the Risk in staying with a POORLY managed brand-new facility. Then take your chances because all they said to us was we are so sorry that this all happened but no concessions for messing up your life while they were home sleeping sound. Oh, and for the record we were in building 4 but other buildings had issues as well. Especially the elevators too.
