Lived here for 3 years now, still love it
December 17, 2025Been here since 2022-2023ish and still enjoying my stay, I switched to a larger unit with washer and dryer connections and a cute fire place. The complex thankfully has an onsite gym so I can walk downstairs and work out, plus it faces the pool directly which is nice to look at while I exercise. It’s right next to a quiet park that’s peaceful too. Maintenance is always swift and the guys are friendly, sidewalks and paths are regularly swept and kept looking clean, my maintenance orders are taken ...care of promptly. Desire at the front office is always a big help in answering my questions and getting things done for me and fellow residents. June 21, 2025I love living here, great location, amenities, friendly staff and i have met new friends here. My family lived here since 2014 and moved out during covid. They told me to check this place out while I was looking for an apartment and here I am. Love the trails, parks and lakes nearby. The apartment is okay. It is clean and everything is working as it should but some upgrades would be nice. The rent is reasonable for Kingwood.Property Manager Responded

INFESTATION. ELM CREEK IGNORED
June 20, 2025This is not a one-time issue. This is not a “tenant-caused” situation. This is what happens after four full weeks of emails, photos, and calls… with zero resolution. Roaches are now nesting in the ceiling. My children live here. I sleep beneath this. I’ve swallowed a roach. And still silence. Management has offered no real solution, no relocation, no compensation nothing but gaslighting and delay. I’ve recorded conversations. I’ve posted publicly. I’ve done everything a tenant is “supposed” ...to do. But Elm Creek and Highmark continue to look away hoping I’ll give up.Property Manager Responded

March 11, 2025The staff has been amazing from the application process to the minor issues after moving in, but they took care of those very quickly and are so sweet and caring. I've lived in apartments before, and this is the first time I have had a staff be proactive on solutions. My kids and I love our fresh start and really appreciate the quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. This is the first time in 10 years where I've walked into a place and said this is home.
