Our apartments do have electric stoves, we are transparent with our apartment features. We also have a townhome community called Eldridge Townhomes. Avoid at all cost!
February 1, 2019Lived here for 3 years, two of which seemed ok, but the last year has been a nightmare! In the last year they have towed my car, which was registered to the building and parked correctly, while I was on vacation costing me well over $1,000 and refused to assist with the cost even a little. I was told “my car hadn’t moved and residents complained”. Tried to add my girlfriend to the lease and worked directly with the property manager Shirl. Almost a year and a half later she has still not been ...added and Shirl never returns phone calls. When your lease is expiring you get less than a weeks notice between when you receive your rent terms and when you need to notify them of vacating and get ready for “hidden fees” when you move out. If those stories haven’t turned you off already, elevators are typically broken 1-2 weeks a month, if you get home after 7-8 pm good luck finding a parking spot, which you pay $15 a month for an unassigned spot garage spots are $100 a month, expect a minimum of $150 rent increases every year even when they are removing amenities, if your neighbors happen to smoke in their apartment good luck getting management to do anything about it. Overall, this is the worst run property I have ever lived at or worked with (I work for a national apartment owner) and all the neighbors I’ve talked to complain constantly about how bad management is. Such a shame because it is a beautiful property and nice location, but management is ruining it Don’t let the nice smiling faces fool you when you view the property as I can pretty much guarantee they will not be helpful when you actually have an issue at the property.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Looks are deceiving
August 9, 2016At first glance very nice complex but over time reality sets in. Yearly rent increases that don't make sense as complex amenities have decreased or been eliminated. Concierge service went from 7 days a week to 4 if that. Entire pet friendly complex now means you'll find accidents in the hallways and elevators, rainy days means all the halls will smell like wet dog, and a couple of neighbors will use the garage to walk their dogs and allow them to urinate along the columns rather than deal with ...the rain. Elevators are constantly down, look decrepit and ragged with missing buttons, non-functioning lights, and screeching sounds. Throwing garbage away using the garage dumpsters means being attacked by the hundreds of flies that have taken up residence. Small gym has equipment that is out dated and always has some non-functioning equipment. Nearly all leasing office staff along with maintenance staff are new due to high turnover. Although all are pretty nice and helpful with onsite issues there is nothing they can do with major issues such as the rent increases, exorbitant late fees, or any issues with lease as everything must go through the corporate office in Denver.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great Leasing Office Staff!
July 7, 2016I have been living in Elm Creek for a few months now and I am very glad I made this decision. The location is perfect, Grocery Store, bank, fast food as well as family restaurants are all minutes away. Oakbrook shopping minutes away as well. But to settle in takes time and it takes support and that is what I have received from the Office Staff. CJ is funny, knowledgeable and so pleasant. She makes you feel so welcomed to this community. I needed some help in my apartment and I was dazzled ...over how Andrea mad my issue, her issue. She took care of the problem, followed up to make sure that all was well and I was so thankful. I do not have family nearby or friends in the area (yet!) but I know I have a sweet supportive staff to count on. I know that Andrea will help me if there is anything she can do to be of help.
