Great Experience!
November 28, 2023We only rented for a year, but our experience was nothing but wonderful! I had a couple plumbing issues, and the maintenance was there within a few hours. They always responded quickly to any questions and concerns. Upstairs units are wonderful with vaulted ceilings, and the property was always kept top notch. People complain about the price, but all the other apartment complexes we looked at were almost the same amount, and the units were horrible. Do your research!!
April 13, 2023Toonen Properties has raised their rent significantly compared to prior years. Just for example our rent is going up by 27% from our previously lease. Typically each year it is raised by $50. We spoke with the landlord and they said they have to get up with their competitors. I understand business, but income has not increased by 27% therefore cost of living should not increase 27%. Actions speak louder than words… “we want you to stay” … your actions do not show that. The property looks great ...from a view but winter snow removal service is awful. We had people coming at 10pm at night, well over 8 hours after it finished snowing. The pot holes are not being filled in, and there are several. Just drive in, you can see for yourself. They raise the rent, for the same space, no improvements, no updates are being made… just raising the rent as if people don’t go through hardship.Property Manager Responded
