Don’t live here!
March 2, 2020I lived here for 4 years. I would have lived somewhere else but it was close to work and I didn’t want to spend money moving. I moved out and they didn’t refund me my deposit. Never had this done before. It’s a run down apartment that isn’t worth the price in rent. Front office isn’t helpful either. The previous management was so awesome to work. Any issue or problem the previous management jumped on it. Tub liner came up and they never fixed it after numerous times asking. Finally management ...called saying they would do it and I said never mind. They were annoying to deal with. Just don’t care about the residents. Very unprofessional. So thankful I’m out of that apartment and living somewhere nice and the front office is outstanding!Property Manager Responded

Great quiet place

Elm Hollow Apartments
September 5, 2015Currently renting 2 bedroom 2 bath. The apartment is in northwest San Antonio. Pros: Quiet community, the staff is courteous and professional (this includes maintenance), the apartment is roomy, and the 2nd bathroom being in the 2nd bedroom is great, pets are welcome, laminate flooring in living room is a plus. Cons: Parking is an issue, the spaces are very narrow, and finding a space near your apartment can sometimes be difficult. However if you splurge an additional $35 per month you can ...rent a covered parking spot. More money if you want a garage. The nearest bus stop is a little more than 1 mile away. The rent is a bit high, but that may have to do with the area. I would recommend Elm Hollow Apartments.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

I love the front office staff - they are extremely kind and always remember your name and this makes you feel like you are a part of a real community. July 25, 2015Beautiful country setting, gated community, close to shopping centers, restaurants & grocery stores but far enough from the street noise. Very quite, friendly ,helpful neighbors. Great amenities, wonderful, large, well maintained outdoor space, great for kids to play safely. Feel extremely safe at any time we walk out of our apartment.Review from Apartments.com
