Good location, bad management

The building is fairly new, which is rare in Beverly Hills, but it has many problems.
The gym is located in the parking area, so anyone driving through can see you exercising. On top of that, the vibrations from heavy weights echo through the whole building like a hammer. Many tenants play loud music late at night, and security rarely does anything about it.
The worst part is when it rains, water leaks into the apartments, damaging belongings. The insurance doesn’t cover it, and you have to ...
fight with the landlord for any compensation.
The building manager is also very difficult to deal with.
On a positive note, the apartments themselves are nice, and the parking spots are convenient.
