    DONT MOVE HERE! I'm currently living here and I can't wait to move out! One of my bedrooms is flooded with water coming out of the toilet! It's been three days!!! Carpets soaked! And we are starting to feel sick from the smell!!!! I went up to the office and the lady at the front desk was on the phone with her mom and made me wait until she was done! Then when I asked her what was going on with our plumbing she said someone in a different building was flushing diapers down the drain causing all ...
    the other buildings to back up.They still haven't told us when or how it will be fixed. Three days no one has come to fix it. DONT LIVE HERE!!This place is terrible!! The work orders are saying they are completed and they are not! I wish I could give it zero stars!

    I have been with Marietta Crossing for two weeks. They are kind, dedicated and move quickly with maintenance issues. I love the valet trash and the constant email updates! A little improvement in the laundry room and I would definitely rate the apartments 8/10!

    This was a great community until new management took over. Maintenance takes forever to actually fix things. This apartment complex has gone downhill. No one seems to know anything whenever you call the office or they just tell you some bs.
