    I have been with Marietta Crossing for two weeks. They are kind, dedicated and move quickly with maintenance issues. I love the valet trash and the constant email updates! A little improvement in the laundry room and I would definitely rate the apartments 8/10!

    This was a great community until new management took over. Maintenance takes forever to actually fix things. This apartment complex has gone downhill. No one seems to know anything whenever you call the office or they just tell you some bs.

    Marietta Crossing is a great community, but I feel for the money we pay and the gates always open for anyone to have access to coming in is false advertisement. I have been in the apartment for 7 months and maintenance is very slack when you put in a work order and takes weeks for them to come, and they do not clean up after themselves or correct the issues. The weed smell that lingers from one apartment to another for non-smokers is ridiculous the ventilation system should be better or make sure ...
    to put nonsmokers in areas with other non-smokers and not tell the residents they have to call the police.
