Ridiculous
December 6, 2023When you move in they do not want a security deposit, but they do want a "non-refundable fee" that is the same amount. When I moved out, I was sent a bill for $750 to replace carpet due to having cats. I was then told that the monthly Pet Fee that I paid does not apply to any damages, but is only something "normally" charged for having a pet. Also, for both summers that we lived here, we were infested by gnats: I mean 10-20 dead on the counters every day and swarms of them around the trash and ...kitchen. When they sent out pest control, they just told us to put out our own traps. May 16, 2021I would not live here again. Walls and ceilings are super thin. My apartment was flooded and had multiple leaks from the above floor. They charged us money for things we cleaned before leaving. Trash always outside and on the stairs.Review from Apartments.com

December 8, 2016If you're looking for something brand new these aren't for you. They are very nice and have many updates for the price and location. My husband and I have lived here for a long time. We love it. Yes you can hear the neighbors from time to time but they are apartments. The ladies in the office are always very nice and helpful! October 12, 2015We have lived here for close to 2 years, 2bed one bath, on the basement floor. It is somewhat underground; with heavy rain water seeps in sometimes, it has all wood flooring so water it not that big of a deal. My one major complaint is the upkeep of the property, there is broken glass by the dumpster that has been there for 2 weeks, and I have fallen 2 times because they do not salt all of the steps and the walkways. The neighborhood is pretty nice, lot of kids and they recently remodeled the ...swimming pool. They have a fitness center the equipment is outdated and not always working. The ppl in the office are fake and don't care, they have family drug attics run it, and the MAITIENCE men run around after hours all drunk in their little go kart causing trouble II personally witnessed the fat mexican man taking overly drunk lady into the show apartment then coming out later to get help from the other guys, to clean up puke, CLASSIC!Property Manager Responded
