Welcome to Vail Cliffside, where we’ve redefined luxury living in the heart of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Our apartments are located in Arlington, near Six Flags, AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field and other top attractions. View our one- and two-bedroom apartments for yourself today and see all of the amazing amenities our residents experience every day. A half-dozen different floor plans await you at Vail Cliffside, ranging in size from 600 square feet to more than 1,200 square feet. Many of our recently renovated spaces have features like quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, new doors and hardware, updated backsplash and baseboards, custom lighting and more. Great place to live It’s been almost a year, I had one hiccup, the issue has been resolved. Overall I do love living here. Maintenance is prompt with fixing things, the grounds are well kept. Location is great!

Best APT complex ever Vail Cliffside is honestly the best apt complex I ever lived in. Not only is the office very kind and responsive, the amenities are top notch. I love that there’s two pools, I hate when an apt has one pool in the middle of the complex (it feels like a Colosseum when I just wanna swim)!!! I popped in for a tour late last week unannounced and without an appointment. The front desk people were helping other people so the manager, Valerie, stepped in and invited me into her office. She gave me all the info I needed and showed me two beautiful apartments. She was so warm and inviting- rare to find these days. Applying and moving in was pretty smooth thanks to management. They are very professional and responsive. The renovations are beautiful to say the least. Neighbors are respectful of each other. Maintenance is quick with fixing any issues. No complaints!

Multiple days a week they unleash an army of people with leaf blowers on the property. It takes hours and hours to complete the most basic lawn maintenance. If you have a child who naps, this is the last place you’ll want to raise them. The noise level is high and consistent every day of the week.
