Homeless people

They let squatters and homeless people live in the complex between empty apartments and the woods. They would rather get the place painted very badly I should say and raise the rent rather than to fix the security gate and get cameras. The homeless walk through the parking lot at night and try to get into cars.

I don’t know why it says a pool on here but there isn’t! The apartments just got remodeled from The inside so they’re better, and they regularly do bug sprays. There’s a lot of homeless people out and about in the area but there’s food right across the street so.

The apartment was in a good location but was in poor conditions. I inquired if there's any bug problem during the showing and was told no such issue. After moving in, I found dead cockroaches in kitchen and bathroom. Be aware, the lease made pest control tenants' responsibility. When I moved in, the carpet was filthy, and the paint on the kitchen floor and cabins kept peeling off and sticking on to my furniture. The small window unit AC did not work. My room was constantly over 90s and 100s . ...

After I submit the maintenance order for the AC and broken fridge, it took them a month to get to my order. The winter is freezing since the heater didn't work well either and the windows and doors were not concealed properly. The management is unprofessional. They did not give notice on the showing. I was woken up finding people wondering around my apartment one time. The management tries to nickel and dime tenants in every possible way. The moving out procedure requires tenants to hire professional carpet cleaning company or forfeiting the deposits. When asking about recommendations on cleaning company, I was told that all previous tenants had foregone their deposits. We lost $300 on deposits although we cleaned every corners of this rundown place that was filthy to begin with.
