I like the neighborhood because I'm surrounded by homes and not a bunch of other complexes. And it's really close to shopping. Plus, there is a regional rail train at the corner which is convenient if you're like me and hate driving into downtown Philly.

desk. My water takes up to 5 minutes to just to get lukewarm. I have to run it and walk away in the morning because it takes so long to hot. My shower will go ICE COLD out of nowhere. So i'll be bathing and all of a sudden the water is ICE COLD! I've been complaining about these same issues since I moved in Oct 1 and I'm still having these issues. IT's offensive because I pay for gas that I don't control and doesn't always work and hot water that doesn't always work. It's very disappointing.
