Easy living
November 5, 2025I’ve been living here since the middle of May 2024. It has been a really pleasant experience so far. Nicole, the property manger takes the time to get to know her residents and really cares. I have had a few issues with maintenance in my unit, but it always gets resolved within a timely manner and is communicated very well. The grounds are kept clean and tidy for a wooded community. It’s quiet and all my neighbors are nice. Parking area is well lit and there seems to be improvements all the ...time. The only time I haven’t felt safe is when a possum was warning me he was close…lol. Of course I called Nicole and she had animal control out setting up traps.Property Manager Responded

New property management is awful
August 8, 2025This used to be a very good complex until they changed property management. They don’t fix leaks or broken AC units, they don’t answer the phone or respond to emails and they are never in the office.Property Manager Responded

Loving it here at Elmwood !
September 22, 2022I have been here at Elmwood not even for a year but already it’s been the best experience I’ve had renting an apartment, the property manager Bailey is great he shows that he cares a lot more then the previous manager. Outstanding Management
August 15, 2022I came by Elmwood Apartments on last week and it seemed like a very quiet neighborhood very clean on the outside I did love floor plans. Office Assistant Mercedes always friendly and courteous. Bailey the Property Manager really needs a promotion I’ve seen what this place looked like in the past and I would have never pulled in the driveway. I’ve personally seen him cleaning the grounds in suit when I drove in. It’s rare to see that type of commitment these days. Elmwood Apartments
August 12, 2015Elmwood Apartments are currently managed by Efficient Property Management. I’ve lived at Elmwood for the past six years. Two years prior I resided at Skyridge Apartments located in Woodstock, Georgia. Both Apartments were built by the same builder and the only difference between the two complexes are the number of units. After two years at Skyridge I found it necessary to leave Woodstock and move to Marietta. My girlfriend of now nearly twenty years was still living in Philadelphia, flying to ...Georgia several times throughout the year before I was able to get her to make the complete move. Having been raised in Philadelphia, Shirley has never driven. Well, you just can't live in Woodstock, Cherokee County, and not drive. There’s no Public Transportation to speak of. I enjoyed living there so much that, when it came time to move, I only looked at identical properties, and those that did have public transportation access. Since the apartments are identical, it was the easiest move I've ever made. Packed all the boxes with each box labeled with the room it belonged. Once I brought the boxes into the new place it was real easy to set everything up. All I had to do was put each item in exactly the same place that it was at Skyridge. Can't get much easier than that! Elmwood has approximately forty-eight units. Mostly one bedroom units with a few two bedroom units. They refer to them as "Ranch Style Apartment Homes". Conveniently all on one floor at ground level. Well insulated, so I don’t hear the folks on the other side of the walls. Good neighbors as well. Very quiet and safe. Frequently patrolled by the local police. Grocery Store, Restaurants and other shops and stores close by. Within walking distance for most people. Directions to friends and family are easy. It’s about one mile east of the “Big Chicken”. If you’re not familiar with the “Big Chicken”, Google it! Marietta Square not far. Lots of events and history.
