My experience has been an amazing 4 years living in Elmwood Village. The staff in the office are wonderful. The maintenance team is amazing. The keeping of the street I live on is nice and clean . My neighbor are awesome. I love the quietness of the street I live on.

Very disappointed and not at all satisfied. Specifically asked for certain amenities I needed and was assured I would have them. Until the day we moved in, nothing was the way we were told it would be. Specially the apartment, we were shown a "sample" apartment but the apartment we got did not look like the sample at all. Not going to continue with everything else, can write a book!! Can't wait to move!!

It’s a nice area to live in if you have kids and its also convenient for even the people without transportation because everything is so close to the complex

My experience being at the apartment has been pretty good now just have a few things that have been a issue but we are dealing with it. The noice level has its ups and down but has been ok.

Not bad overall, just sadly they didn’t make sure everything was working properly before my move-in-date. The fridge was missing the rubber around the door and didn’t close. Have reported this incident about 3 days ago now, they said they will solve it today, I’m hoping they actually do.

I did not meet my expectations as a new apartment it was clean kitchen cabinets has some dirty liners from previous tenants windows where not that clean some didn’t have screens and can’t be close fully
