January 30, 2025My experience has been an amazing 4 years living in Elmwood Village. The staff in the office are wonderful. The maintenance team is amazing. The keeping of the street I live on is nice and clean . My neighbor are awesome. I love the quietness of the street I live on.Property Manager Responded

December 5, 2024Very disappointed and not at all satisfied. Specifically asked for certain amenities I needed and was assured I would have them. Until the day we moved in, nothing was the way we were told it would be. Specially the apartment, we were shown a "sample" apartment but the apartment we got did not look like the sample at all. Not going to continue with everything else, can write a book!! Can't wait to move!!Property Manager Responded

November 24, 2024My experience being at the apartment has been pretty good now just have a few things that have been a issue but we are dealing with it. The noice level has its ups and down but has been ok.Property Manager Responded

November 6, 2024Not bad overall, just sadly they didn’t make sure everything was working properly before my move-in-date. The fridge was missing the rubber around the door and didn’t close. Have reported this incident about 3 days ago now, they said they will solve it today, I’m hoping they actually do.Review from Apartments.com
