Move in went very well. Leasing office very helpful. Love the new apartment. Such a quiet community and it’s built so well. I don’t hear any of my neighbors above or around me. Highly recommend. Looking forward to exploring the neighborhood.

Good construction and quality. 2 main issues: If you love the sound of leaf blowers this is your place! Monday through Friday leaf blowers All the doors to the building slam so hard you cant live near any entrance. Rattles every floor with a slam!

My experience at Elan Flower Mound has been wonderful. From initially working with the leasing agent, Taylor, to actually moving into the apartment, I have no complaints. I would definitaly recommend this place to a friend!

Beautiful property and interior of apartment is luxury at its best. Close to the lake and trails with a beautiful private dog park. Restaurants on the property are amazing and the live music every weekend is so fun! I love living here!
