They don't contact applicants

Submitted an application and deposit 2 weeks ago and haven't heard from anyone at all. I called, left a message, and still no contact from them. I also asked their AI robot for help and it told me that one of these ghosts would reach out (didn't happen). I paid $250 + $49 to get ignored. A new complex actively accepting applications should have the decency to return a phone call at the very least. For potential applicants, please learn from my mistake and apply somewhere else! Maybe somewhere ...

they pickup the phone... Now I'm out $300 and can't even get a call back. What a shame! This place is NOT starting off on the right foot.
