Gym is dirty
September 16, 2025The gym is dirty and has very strange equipment. Our building has maintenance issues that haven’t gone unresolved for months. The common area is also really dirty and the whole complex has a spider problem. Overall very average.Review from Apartments.com
Beware new managment
July 31, 2025When we moved in, it seemed like a decent place; the location and the neighbors are nice. It's a newer construction, so most of the building is still in good repair. However, this property recently came under new management. Not for the better. Soon after they came on, they said they were doing an audit of the assigned covered parking, but it's been 3 months. Despite loads of people moving in, they still won't assign new parking passes. Among the things they never seem to fix are the exterior ...doors that frequently won't open, and they have BUGS!
