May 22, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comMove-in was ok Generally speaking everything went smoothly. But can’t give 5 stars since we did find a lack of cleanliness on door hinges on the bathroom. Not sure what that was splattered on there. And the microwave doesn’t work. Kitchen boxes aren’t unboxed and the 12 year olds depend on using the microwave and can’t use it. The person here before us didn’t stop their internet so we can’t set ours up. So no, not perfect. Definitely hiccups.Property Manager Responded

The apartment was more spacious than expected.. it kinda felt like a home, and not an apartment. The school next door is really going to make it convenient for us. Although game room was a bit small, it will definitely work for us.

If I am being honest the apartment is pretty nice but there are a lot of maintenance problems. The walls are not sound-proof. I am either hearing crying children or dogs barking. However, if I have to talk about positives, the parking is very much ideal, one of the cleaning ladies is so awesome, she is so kind and always ...smiling(can not think of her name), neighbors are friendly. I have had a lot of positive outside of the apartment. For the price of the rooms and the condition of the appliances, I think these prices could be dropped.Read More

Other apartments might not be safe, not a place to raise a child, run down. This place is NOT that. Tina, is AMAZING she keeps the place going and makes sure that everything is taken care of. She is so friendly and will make sure things get done. My neighbors have been wonderful and I feel comfortable and glad to call this place home.
Beautiful units, but...
December 30, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comI first want to state that the property owners, management, building caretaker and maintenance staff were all very professional, easy to contact and accommodating. The building and units are very stylish, cozy and warm. It is a decent location with being so close to anything you really could need shopping wise. My issue with this property is in how it was constructed and the rental rates. There is really no sound barrier between the units and everything can be heard from neighbors whether they ...are next to you, above or below. I could head my neighbor snoring at night or even just talking. I could hear other’s TV’s, those above me walking (and their pets) or even using the restroom. I personally like my quiet and I also like my privacy. June 17, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comThis is a nice looking apartment, but for the cost of rent compared to all the issues we've please don't waste your money on this property. An example of a major issue as I write this is we currently have no hot water. Great for a hot day, but not when kids or babies need to take a bath/shower. This has happened way too frequently, especially when we are charged for water heating. No apologies or follow up ever given to residents for this, they will just take your money. It is a nice looking ...property, but that's it. It looks nice. They don't plow in a timely fashion so the lot is super slippery in the winter. The elevators break, fire alarms go off without notice, again no water heat or water will be shut off without notice, I could go on. For the amount of money paid and the fact these are brand new buildings, it's ridiculous. There are far better properties for a lot less money.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded
June 19, 2018I'm sorry that you have run into these issues. I know that the maintenance staff showed up to see what the issue might have been with the phase 1 water heater but were unable to find a supplier for a part that they needed on the weekend to fix the problem. We should have made everyone aware of the issue right away, you’re right. We’re trying to do a better job of spreading the word to alert everyone, the residents and our employees so that everyone is on the same page. - Emily M.
