Poor management! Multiple maintenance request have been submitted about pest invading our unit and nothing has been done to resolve the issue. We have provided pictures and detailed descriptions of what we are experiencing and they are falsely marking our request as "completed" and even went far as to say "resident has traps already". This issue began when pest control was scheduled to enter our unit and just didn't come, dog was in kennel and permission was given.

I’ve lived here for over a year, and it’s quiet most of the time. Staff are very friendly and helpful! I was impressed with how quickly maintenance would get things fixed whenever something needed fixing. Had a few issues the first few months of living here, especially with big roaches kept appearing and freaking me out, and 100s of nats last summer/fall, which maintenance and pet control finally got resolved; but otherwise I really like it here. Price is reasonable, feel safe, and no water ...

The apartments are excellent. I've lived here 3 years and enjoyed it. The apartments are nice and the grounds are pretty and well maintained. The office staff is very friendly and very easy to interact with. Maintenance is taken care of timely and they are very courteous. I would highly recommend the complex.

Been here several years and have really enjoyed living here. Easy access to main arteries in Lafayette. Nice apartment with all the ameneties. Repairs are always quick with nice people. The grounds are well kept with plenty of shade trees. Love walking around the property. Friendly neighbors. The property management staff are very courteous and helpfull.

If you are looking for a place with low traffic, intentional staff and kept up facilities, don't look anywhere else! Emberwood does a great job at checking in to make sure things are running well, address maintenance issues the next day or give a notice of when they can expect to help you out. Been living here since hurricane Ida and it was very reasonable for the budget. The complex is very clean and accommodating to any needs I may have. It’s mins away from all shopping centers and plenty of restaurants. Definitely a place where you can raise children.

So many things! The grounds are beautiful and well kept! The layout has many safety features which is a constant comfort. Beautiful apartments built solidly to reduce noise. Helpful friendly staff, competent maintenance crew. When problems arise, things get fixed. Living here is really like being at home, the entire staff treats you like family! Parking is adequate and ample, with good lighting all around.
