So far I’m loving it. I’ve only been here two days. Maintenance has already proven they go above and beyond for residents. Still waiting on my magnetic strip to enter the side gate.

I've lived here for just about two years and overall, it was a positive experience. Maintenance requests are handled promptly. Most issues were addressed within 24–48 hours. The complex offers solid amenities — a well-maintained gym, 2 pools, and secure package lockers.

Communication with property staff has declined. They are not responsive. There’s an increased concern for cleanliness and noise complaints. Exterior hallways need to be cleaned and maintained.

Very unhappy with Emblem Riverside and the service at this apartment complex. They charge you trash violations caused by your neighbors and other residents, there are pet droppings littered across the apartment complex, they don't have monthly resident events like they did under the old management. This apartment also gives significantly cheaper monthly rents for new tenants than for ones that have been here for years. They charge you exorbitant fees if your trash bag "looks" like it's over 25 ...
lbs. When I moved in, I was told the valet trash will take two of your bags for you nightly when the service is operating. I even presented the flyer I received when I moved in to the management, but they dismissed it. Please do not consider moving here - Story Riverside is a significantly better apartment complex for the location and price. Emblem Riverside is a very shameful apartment complex ever since it was taken over by new management. Please save yourself and choose to live elsewhere.

I love living here! I love how clean our environment is. I love how positive and kind the staff is. I love being able to walk my dog on property and use the pool and exercise room and if I have a concern it’s answered swiftly! I’m very happy with my living environment at Emblem Riverside

I enjoy living at Emblem Riverside. The units are spacious, with a sizeable kitchen, a nice balcony, and a laundry room—which I personally appreciate. The rent is fair for the space you get, and the neighbors are generally quiet and respectful. While the walls are a bit thin and it’s easy to hear noise from upstairs neighbors, it hasn’t been a major issue. Parking can be somewhat limited at times, but it's manageable. The fitness center is a great amenity, and I’d love to see more equipment ...
added in the future. The staff is responsive, especially in emergency situations, and overall, the community feels safe and unproblematic. It's a solid place to live with good value.

The apartments are nice. The staff is nice. Maintenance issues are handled promptly. I do wish the property landscaping was maintained more often. The bushes and mulch needs to be groomed and refreshed, the breezeways could be pressure washed more often.
