This community is so cheaply built that I can hear everything and the neighbors above me are the worst when it comes to stomping, jumping, banging, all type of noises you can think of. I emailed the front office and was completely ignored, I spoke to one of the team members face to face and was told they were going to look into it, still nothing, I then called and spoke with someone who practically told me there’s nothing she can do about it unless it’s after hours smh. I like the place but just ...
that part makes me hate living here. I cannot get no peace of mind living here.

The leasing office is helpful when needed. The property is quiet and clean for the most part. I renewed my lease this year because I like my unit. The halls have build up and debris as well as oil stains from basket trash.

Last month it has been pleasantly peaceful and quiet. Great atmosphere to enjoy retirement years. I am a retired nurse and enjoy quiet time and relaxing activities because it makes life easier. Very happy and enjoying life at Emblem Riverside because very relaxing and very happy.

The property has gone downhill. I live next to the pool and they literally have large pool parties every single night till 12 o’clock at night and management does nothing.
