July 21, 2025Just a quick update after being here for six months. The community is still a quiet place to live and very clean. I don’t seem to smell the funny smell anymore so maybe they moved out which is a good thing for me. I know there’s been a change in office staff Excluding the community manager. Haven’t visited the pool yet and maybe the only thing that bothers me is the trash compactor situation. Otherwise, I am still enjoying my apartment home.Property Manager Responded

July 13, 2025I just moved in about two weeks ago, and so far everything has been great! The move-in process was smooth, and the office staff was super helpful and welcoming. My apartment was clean and in great condition when I arrived. The community is quiet and well-kept, and I’ve already made good use of the amenities like the pool and fitness center. It’s also in a really convenient location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. So far, I’m very happy with my decision to move here and looking ...forward to the rest of my stay!Property Manager Responded

Everything is brand new, I was able to hand pick my apartment because they were only 33% occupied when I first moved in so that was exciting but overall very nice in quiet.
