November 4, 2025Embold is a fantastic place to live. This is my 2nd apartment, and I am extremely pleased. I love the layout of the apartment, especially the openness of then kitchen/living room, and the large master bathroom and closest. The gym is so nice, with great equipment and it all works! Super clean as well. If something needs maintenance, it is quickly fixed. I also love that they do door to door recycling pickup. The hot tub is also huge and really nice. I love that the pool is open year-round. It is ...also really nice that you need a key to get access to the building, it makes me feel safer.Property Manager Responded

In my couple of years here I have not witnessed anything that would concern me as a resident, I am not raising kids here, but I do have my family here often and the community is kid friendly. February 17, 2025Embold has some of the cutest apartments I've seen. The walk-in closet and master bathroom are huge and come with two sinks and plenty of storage. There's also plenty of storage in the laundry room and walk-in closet. I wish there was outdoor storage on the balcony, as I have some items that I wish could be kept outside, and not in the apartment. You have the option of being on the garage wait-list, which we are currently on. This will help a lot with storage. The gym is big and has quality ...machines, which is surprising for an apartment complex. It has almost anything you need to get a good workout in, I just wish there was a stair master! :) The living room is big enough for us to fit our large sectional couch in, which was one of the main things we were looking for in an apartment; many other apartments did not meet this priority of our's. The kitchen cabinets are adorable and I love the color. From what I've seen from our short time here so far, the employees have been very helpful, especially Allie, who has helped us with most of our needs. I'm very excited that a Starbucks is being built right next door, this will make coffee runs very convenient for me!Property Manager Responded

Great place to live!
August 14, 2024We moved last month and so far we love the building. Having smart home technology is a such a good thing. Parking is fine too. I love their gym, is really complete and we even cancelled our gym memberships. The pool and hot tub have a great living area. The building is well maintained and staff is great and polite. I live in the middle apartment, so not facing 1200 West nor facing the parking lot. It can get a little noisy in the living room and second bedroom and that would be the reason I would ...give 4 starts. But in the master room is fine. It is less worse than what I thought it would be. It is a great place to live so far, we love how close we are to everything especially the I15. The price is really fair, once we looked over 30 apartments complexes and they were all about the same price, but mostly didnt have the quality in the amenities that Embold does, so that made us choose it. Still no complaints and hopefully this wont change in the future cause we are loving here so far.Property Manager Responded
