This neighborhood is great, but there aren’t enough electric vehicle chargers. The amenities are also hard to enjoy because there are always parties going on. They should create more study and work spaces, like a coffee shop or quiet areas.

We recognize the growing need for EV charging and have proposed adding 10 additional EV charging spaces as part of next year’s projects, which is currently awaiting approval.
With more than 1,000 residents calling Emera home, popular amenities such as the pool, BBQ area, and game room can be especially active on weekends. At the same time, we understand the importance of having quieter spaces. Our second-floor conference and theater rooms are generally peaceful options for working or studying, and the F Building lobby also offers a quiet workspace.
Additionally, we have proposed adding soundproof work booths as part of next year’s improvements, which is also currently awaiting approval.
