Vivo en Emerald Bay desde que abrió y la verdad la recomiendo 100%. Es una comunidad súper tranquila, el equipo de mantenimiento siempre responde rápido cuando se necesita algo, y el personal de la oficina es muy amable, siempre te reciben con una sonrisa. Me gusta que sean estrictos con las reglas y con quiénes pueden vivir aquí, eso ayuda a que todo se mantenga en orden. Cada quien tiene su opinión, pero en mi experiencia, este es un lugar excelente para vivir.
