This place I will forever recommend to anyone! The staff is so kind, caring, and considerate. We have super cute and friendly events that the staff hold for us residents! Any time I bring in my dog into the office for a quick hello we always leave with a bag of treats! I could have never asked for a better place to rent from. I had some maintenance issues that were resolved so fast and efficiently. I love it here!

We just moved In but I can say this is the best experience I’ve had with any apartment in the area! Maintenance is timely and punctual and the on site property management is very courteous and friendly. Lots of amenities and super close to pretty much anything you’d need on a daily basis. My partner and I lived here for 3 years and it was a great first place together! From the leasing manager to the maintenance man, everyone I’ve needed help from has done so with kindness and in a timely manner! We loved that if we forgot an ingredient for dinner, it only took a minute trip to the store. The hiking trails and small waterways behind the apartment are wonderful and an easy way to get outside more often. The apartments themselves are quaint and most of the time quiet. Thin walls ...
make for some noise from neighbors but that’s nothing unusual for a complex. We loved having two bedrooms even as a couple so there’s room for storage and an office space!

Moving in to these apartments has been such a breeze thanks to the new manager here, Jodi. She works hard (and fast) to make sure her tenants are happy and comfortable here in the community, all while wearing a bright smile on her face. The apartments themselves truly are amazing for the prices here, especially being one of the more affordable apartments in the city. And while we’re at it, let’s talk location! Being right in the center of everything (without the excess traffic of being downtown) ...

Brian has been extremely helpful and has made the whole process very simple and stress free. The places was either poorly built or poorly maintained. The only place that really gets heat is the living room, the bedrooms a freezing during winter. There is something wrong with the electrical, the light switches shock you and your electric bill is ridiculous. The dryer most likely doesn't work. The smoke alarm goes off from just opening the oven. Have you ever been stuck in your apartment? You will if you live here because your door doesn't always unlock. It'll take about 20 tries. Forget ...
about maintenance. They will either never show up to fix it, show up and half fix it. They will also come in when you are not home and not tell you, move things and leave things there. Forget about having a bath or a decent shower, the water pressure is like an old guy who can't pee but the pee is always cold. The smell of marijuana/dog pee/cat pee fill the hall. Vehicles get vandalized. So if you want to heat the outside in winter or cool the outside in summer, not be able to dry your clothes, have to pay $100 in electricity, barely be able to cook, occasionally be locked in your apartment, not get a decent shower or have to reshower because the first shower didn't get all the shampoo/conditioner out of your hair, have people come into your space without permission, be surround by possible drug dealers or some other form of criminal, and be completely screwed over by your landlord then Emerald Creek Apartments in Traverse City is the place for you.
