There is maybe one good/helpful office staff member and it’s the assistant manager. Overall most annoying thing is that there are work vehicles parked wherever. Most maintenance requests take at least 2 weeks to a month with no communication. If you are a current tenant good luck getting any responses from the office other than the assistant manager pretty much anyone else is unhelpful. It’s pretty much still Disney college program housing just more expensive and no real updated room/ floor ...
plans. The only good experience is that it’s pretty quiet community for it’s location.

se solicito una limpieza de las areeas comunes del edificio 40 de emerald grove , se hizo la requisicion por al app , la marcaron como realizada y nunca vinieron . eso paso en dos ocasiones , nos digimos a la ofiina a realizar el reclamo y la respuesta fue enviar dos personas imagino de mantenimiento bien descorteces y mal hablados a decirme que eso no se podia hacer pq ellos tienen una programacion de cada 6 meses , quiero dejar claro que esas areas son responsabilidad de la administracion y es ...
