I’ve been living here for a few months, and I strongly recommend being mindful before signing a lease. This building clearly has a lot to figure out. For starters, it took months just to open the parking lot and even now, it’s still not fully ready. It honestly seems like they started accepting residents before they had basic infrastructure in place.
On top of that, the ongoing construction is extremely disruptive. Be prepared to be woken up at 6 AM on random weekdays. This is inconsiderate, ...
especially for those who work from home or have early classes not everyone keeps the same schedule.
For the rent they’re charging, you can definitely find better. There are plenty of other more established developments that offer newer amenities and a more organized living experience. For a building that was supposedly just built this year, it’s disappointing how unprepared it feels.
Bottom line: Look around before making a decision. You can get more for your money elsewhere.
