    We had a 2 Bedroom/1 Bathroom apartment which is spacious and very well kept up. There's a nice little fitness room with a couple treadmills and elliptical's which is nice if you like to get a simple workout in during you're free time. The plow service they hire does a great job at keeping the apartment roads plowed, so you usually have an easy time getting out when going to work in the morning. They have name brand appliances which never caused any problems for us, and there's a washer and dryer ...
    in the apartment which is amazing. The biggest downfall that we have with Emerald Park Villas is they keep raising the rent. We've lived here for 3 years, just about to turn 4, and every year they've raised the rent. Overall, it's a great place, but be aware that the rent might keep going up every year. We wish we could stay here since it's nice, neat, and well kept, but sadly the constant rising of rent every year can easily force you to start looking for a different place to live.

      Rent increases certainly are a reality when renting an apartment. We offer our residents two year renewal options so that they can lock in their rental rate for two years at a time and avoid yearly rent increases. Without rent increases we wouldn't be able to pay for the ever increasing operating expenses at the property. Our property taxes, insurance, maintenance, and other expenses go up every year just like your rent.

    I have lived at this apartment for 6 years and love it. The walls are really thick, we rarely even know our neighbors are around. There is a ton of storage, name brand appliances that are reliable, maintenance comes promptly and we love having a garage! My family of four has never felt crowded, the floor plan is nice. I'd recommend it to anyone!

    I had the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom with attached garage on the lake. What a wonderful home it made for me! The lake is so beautiful and peaceful, not to mention the fireplace being a nice touch. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Once I had to call about the garbage disposal and it was replaced the next day. I would definitely recommend this location.
