Avoid This Place is Disgusting.
March 8, 2025Mold ,and extreme flooding for o e year and a half apt 609 building 30 .Unprofessional manager. We were constantly gaslight regarding the mildew smell and foam seeping floor. They first blamed it on the contractors whom laid the laminate flooring claiming it was uncured glue..shm. Be aware when moving .here.If you smell mold it is 100 percent mold.Review from Apartments.com
The worst experience in apartment living
August 30, 2024I would not recommend Emerald Pointe apartments to a dog let alone a human being. Management is horrible; if anything, you need to run, not walk away from all Obrien realty group properties. Living here was the worst experience, now I see why people in Louisiana opt for renting homes as opposed to apartments.Review from Apartments.com
Zero stars if I could
December 22, 2022This property is the worst. Multiple vehicle break ins, termite damage, gunshots, cockroach infested, mold, leaks, floods. The management doesn't handle a thing the proper way. I wish I could leave zero stars for this property. Please keep yourself and loved ones safe & do not lease from them!Property Manager Responded

April 8, 2021I wouldn’t recommend anyone to move here... I lived here for 7 months. Stayed on the outside of the complex by the canal. The cases of car break-ins are high for the residents at Emerald Pointe. When I reported that my car was broken into, they really didn’t do anything about it. They assumed that the people that are breaking into cars are coming from pebblewalk which is a HOOD located right next to the complex. We would’ve stayed longer if Emerald Pointe had a gate but they said that JP doesn’t ...approve because so & so. :(((Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

February 13, 2019A great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful and knowledgeable, Sheika aka The Leasing Queen was very efficient in getting me situated with my apartment. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely.
