We thought we wanted to live in a townhouse. We couldn't find what we thought we wanted that had no stairs. Our daughter found Grand Reserve. We were enticed by the social gathering areas: library, movie theater, pub, gathering room, exercise room and cemented walking path. We chose the 2 BR and 2 Bath. We were able to bring our Bassett Hound, Otis. We love the variety of activities; outdoor grilling, Bible Study. Tai Chi,Yoga, Friday Happy Hour, Crafts, Cards, Potluck, Holiday ...

celebrations and Monthly Birthday Parties with entertainment! The staff and residents are very friendly and we felt "the fit" within the first week. We have now lived at Grand Reserve for over two months and feel so blessed that we have found a place where we can be alone if we want or join in activities and be with others.

Moved in last week and wish we had done it sooner.

Meeting new friends love all the social events. I can be as busy as I want to be or we can just enjoy the huge theater and relax. The apartments are spacious with much storage space. We should have done this years ago.

Mom and Dad love the active lifestyle there is no place like this with the 40 seat theater my family reserves it often so entire family can enjoy a movie with their grand mom and dad. Lots of activities and spacious apartments.
