New Ownership - Much improved!

The new owners who took over in June 2025 have made needed improvements to the property. They've increased trash pickup to several times per week so no more overflowing dumpsters. The staff is professional and responsive! All maintenance requests are handled almost immediately! Pest control is now monthly and in-unit, as opposed to just exterior previously. Although, I can say I've been here for 15 months and never had any insects in my unit. Can't beat this beautiful waterfront property ...

I lived at Sound View this past year. The staff was very professional, helpful, and kind. Maintenance was prompt and effective. One time they fixed my A/C before I realized it was not working! My apartment was clean—no pests or bad smells, and the facilities are attractive. My end unit had large windows which provided ample light all day, and maintenance installed screens upon request so I could open my windows for fresh air. I am only leaving because I am a student and need to live closer to ...

The location of this appartment is amazing with personal access to the sound, perfect for launching a canoe or kayake. They have thought of children and built a playground in the back with some grilling areas. They are very pet friendly I currently own three pets and have never had any problems with the owners.
