October 22, 2017I showed up with a uhaul the day after I was supposed to move in and the manager was still painting the walls in the apartment I was supposed to move in to. And she smelled like alcohol. It took another week for me to be able move in. I got my stuff in but had to wait for the toilet and fridge to get put in. I had all my stuff in the apartment and she was still painting and I found out the front door was off and she was nowhere to be found. Everything I owned was in that apartment and anyone ...could've come in and stole my stuff. She has no respect or regard for anyone that lives there. Hands down worst place to live ever. I'd have been better off living in a shelter. On top of that she took my 250 dollar electrical deposit and didn't even pay my final bill with it. And I was charged for a month of electricity when someone else lived there. She never changed it over. Live here at your own risk!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Very disappointed so far
June 6, 2017Yes it's true these apartments are very cheap and decent if you are trying to get on your feet but like the other reviewer said the manager will not have your apartment ready when she says she will. I haven't even moved in yet and I'm already rethinking my decision in choosing this apartment complex. I was supposed to move in a week ago and so far all the manager has done is taken my money and not done a thing she said she was going to do to my apartment. I can't move in yet because there is mold ...in my bathroom that i have given her ample time to repair and so far nothing. All of my furniture has been moved in and yet I'm still sleeping on my brother's couch. This is ridiculous and if this is any indication as to how she runs this complex i doubt i will be here for very long....Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
if you looking for cheap and decent
June 2, 2016nothing but trouble with management, she has a hard time with respecting peoples privacy, drunkin tirades on people that come to visit.Apts are not ready when promised. Overcharge for move in and you very rarely see your deposit back.Review from Apartments.com
