The community is very nice. The leasing staff works very well together and the property manager is amazing. The community is very large with a lot of amenities like Pickleball courts pools, and a lot of area to walk around grill out or lay in the sun. The apartments are very nice and spacious. The pool is sparkling and very clean. Lovely space to relax at. Overall, I love living here and would recommend anyone to live here.

Leasing office staff is very kind and helpful! We have a 3 bedroom unit and have plenty of space. Apartment is modern and clean. We have had only repair request. Response was a little slow but manageable. We have lived here 8 months. We would recommend Emerson Isles and have!

I just moved in and I am already loving it. The 2 bedroom 2 bath has so much space and I love the huge screened in patio. I didn't have to worry about a washer and dryer also because it came with it! The amenities are really nice, can't wait to lay by the pool and hopefully I will find someone who can teach me how to play pickleball because they have 3 courts! The ladies in the office are very sweet and super helpful. Excited to call Emerson Home.

Wonderful apartment in Bluffton close to Old Town and schools

When I relocated from Texas I looked at several places to live. Emerson Isles kept in contact with me and were very accommodating when I made the move. Any issue I have had has been resolved quickly and professionally. The staff has been amazing and have taken time to get to know me and my dogs. The apartment complex is very dog friendly and that has been helpful.

Me and my wife have lived here for almost a year and we love it! Our apartment is nice and spacious as well as updated. Nicole and Ellie at the front office are great so friendly every-time you walk into the office. Also the maintenance man Jeff he is awesome very friendly every-time you see him even if you’re on a walk he always makes it a point to say hello. Have definitely recommended this place to people and will continue to do so they are great!
