The quality of the community is going downhill

Emerson Park used to be a great community when Cortland was managing it, but now that it’s under Coastal Ridge, things have taken a turn for the worse. During snowy days, salt isn’t spread, making it hazardous to walk—I nearly slipped and fell. Snow cleanup is poorly handled. The gym maintenance has also declined. Some days, there are no wipes provided, and the wipe bins are often left empty. Unfortunately, the quality of the community is going downhill.

Cleanest property I have ever lived at. People are very good at cleaning up after their dogs and maintenance is always on top of any piece of trash or whatever that might show up sometimes.

Living here has been great and I’m so happy we were able to obtain the location in Westerville. Our family moved here from North Carolina and the only thing I used to select Cortland Emerson was the commute time it took for my husband to get to work and the website. Once we finally moved in i appreciate how functional the layout of our 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment is. I do wish we had more counter space in the kitchen but all the appliances are new and easy to clean. My children and I can sit on ...
our front porch safely when the weather is nice and take walks to the community park easily. We are also within 25-30 minutes of a commute to the heart of Columbus but the main place we go is the Westerville Public library and target. We are very excited to continue growing and thriving in this community.

We absolutely love the green spaces and side walks that are everywhere within our community. It makes us feel like we are not on top of neighbors and are able to enjoy our community more. We have lived I. The community for 3yrs and still love our community and take full advantage of all the great amenities. The entire team is great and care about the residents! We love the new grilling stations and updates ,the ceiling fans are a great addition! Thanks cortland you rock ?

My family and I have been living here at Emerson Park for about 5 months now. I must say it has been a pleasure. My kids can play outside and I feel safe when I’m sleeping at night.

I've been here for over a year and the residents are super friendly and lots of us have become friends. I enjoy having a well-maintained, pretty, peaceful place to call home. When I visit the leasing office the staff is friendly and helpful. I can take my dog to the dog park at the center of the complex or walk her in the neighborhood and I always feel safe. I like the layout of the community; the roads are wide and there is plenty of parking. It's not crowded with buildings like some other ...
apartment complexes. It feels homey. Although it is a very dog-friendly complex, you never hear barking. My dog is happy here. Her entertainment is watching "dog TV" through the patio door.
