The Emerson Experience
September 15, 2015It is a delight for me to write a review for Emerson Shoe Loft Apartments. As a young renter safety and reliability are in high demand. Emerson offers both with newly renovated apartments (2009), updated utilities, new apliances, and a well kept interior and exterior. The covered parking lot is an optional ammenity of which I will take full advantage of during the upcoming snowy winter. Brrrr! I frequent the pool and gym too and although they are on the small side they're both welcome stress ...relievers from the long days working in Boston. The staff are friendly as well as my neighbors. And finally, for all the fellow pet owners reading this, ESL is pet friendlywith bags and trash cans available all around the grounds. Four people on the floor I live on have dogs and they all get along! I am happy to give a high recomendation to Emerson Shoe Lofts.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
thin walls
September 16, 2013you can hear everything and smell everything. My advice is live on the top floor on an end unit. I literally felt like my lungs filled with smoke from one neighbor smokng next door, even though you aren't supposed to smoke there. My clothes stunk like cigarettes from the smell in the closet. RUN don't walk away from here....
March 25, 2013The office staff are an unprofessional bunch of bozos who will either sound like an idiot or tell you what they think you want to hear while no problem ever gets solved. The only good thing about the property is the maintenance staff. The noise level is unreal and the building has no soundproofing whatsoever. As for rules and laws being enforced that is a joke. Good luck finding someone to complain to since the office staff make hours based on when they feel like showing up. There is no service ...from the office for any of your needs. We can't get out of here fast enough. Parking is a real problem as well. Ice skates are needed for the parking lot in inclement weather.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
