Tried to apply, $250 application fee, I was rejected because of a mark on my report for a charge off. I called the CC company, and all credit companies. I reached out to the company that ran the report as well. The CC companies and the three Credit companies had the report corrected within 36 hours, but the company I paid $250, two weeks later has not gotten back to me. I did reach out to the credit company, they informed me the apartment has the last say on an applicant. I had offered ...
information pertaining to the blemish on my report, but was never contacted by the complex, so no apartment. It has all worked out I found a much better place, but I would not recommend this place or make sure there is not a single blemish on your credit report, you will lose $250.
