April 26, 2023Tried to apply, $250 application fee, I was rejected because of a mark on my report for a charge off. I called the CC company, and all credit companies. I reached out to the company that ran the report as well. The CC companies and the three Credit companies had the report corrected within 36 hours, but the company I paid $250, two weeks later has not gotten back to me. I did reach out to the credit company, they informed me the apartment has the last say on an applicant. I had offered ...information pertaining to the blemish on my report, but was never contacted by the complex, so no apartment. It has all worked out I found a much better place, but I would not recommend this place or make sure there is not a single blemish on your credit report, you will lose $250.Property Manager Responded

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE
April 18, 2023Where do I start... Well it use to be nice before the new company bought it. After the new company took over they did the towing service. The letter didn't explain how it worked didn't know we needed a sticker the email that came after the applying went into junk mail from a different name by the way so we thought it was complete found the email after the towing. My husband came home and asked where my car was? I freaked out because I thought we were good. It was after hours. I called the ...emergency maintenance number and left a voice mail. Never got a phone call back...If you have a maintenance emergency good luck on that. Called the towing place they had my car. Next day went to the office and I got, " well it is your fault..." Also, one day the person next door couldnt figure out why her car was facing the different direction. She was so confused about it. They screwed up on water and made everyone pay back 6 months worth in 3 months so you had to pay a extra 200/300 a month. The trash would get missed. Nice on hot days.... Also, had roaches... They told me it was just water bugs.... No... it wasnt.. Also was told every thursday someone sprays the building i work from home never saw anyone. I would have double charges on the bill and they would just say its correct never explained what it was or could tell me anything... The big kicker. My amazon package was late and was suppose to show up before I moved out. It was late. Moved out on Sunday it showed up Monday. I didn't think it would be a problem. Husband works right next to the apartment it was delivered at 430 he got off at 5. He went over and it wasn't at the door. I told him maybe the office has it. Went to the office no one saw it. He showed the picture of it getting delivered. They called maintenance no one saw it. He walked back to the apartment the window was open and he saw the package at the bar. He went back to the office and told them he saw it. They opened the apartment and gave the package. They opened it. I called the office over and over asking for just a sorry or something. I was told it was high priority since they don't tolerate it.... it's been a few months know... so decided to leave a review... maybe someone might call me....Property Manager Responded

Great Place to Live
March 14, 2023I have been living here for awhile and I have no complaints. The only down side is no hooked up washer and dryer but that isn’t to much of big deal. It’s a lovely community with a great office and a great maintenance team. I don’t know what the other review is saying they are making you pay a extra water bill that is just not true. I recommend Emerson at Buda nice and quiet beautiful and pet friendly. Emerson at Buda also feels more like a home then an apartment and that is one of many reasons I ...love it here!Property Manager Responded

Go Anywhere Else!
September 6, 2022The new company that took over at the beginning of this year (2022) is looking for all the ways to take each residents money. They are charging every resident an extra water charge from almost a year ago. This has caused us to pay an extra over $500 water bill due to their negligence. The parking is TERRIBLE, the current staff (minus Tierra who is amazing) is basically no help when it comes to these mysterious new charges that happen with each new billing cycle. It is a very nice looking ...apartment, but with their new price hikes, it is not worth it! We moved out a few weeks ago and they are still trying to collect whatever else they can from us, including more water charges!Property Manager Responded
