Love this hidden gem!
August 3, 2023Toured Emery village today and was surprised at how quiet and serene it was! I wasnt expecting to find a brand new beautiful community in the middle of this residential area, but I'm glad I did. I spoke with Blair who said she was the community manager and she was a treat! She was thorough and patient with me as I am putting my home in Charlotte on the market and going to rent until the housing market shifts. I haven't rented in over 15 years so I am excited yet anxious to make this change, but ...Blair put my mind at ease by answering all my questions and making me feel at home. The apartments are gorgeous, slightly smaller than I'd like but it's a great chance to declutter! Also, since it's temporary, Blair also told me about a storage facility that the company owns not very far from here, so I'll be checking into that as well. Overall this was the best experience while apartment hunting I've had, and I will be submitting my application as soon as my house goes under contract.Property Manager Responded

Worst experience ever!
October 26, 2022This place is a new construction and it seemed very convenient for the prices. However, it has ended up being the worse rental experience I have had. MOVE IN TIME IS A LIE
September 7, 2022Their listings are not true I applied in August for a unit with September 14th move in. Every person I talk to before I applied said nothing about a change and date for the moving time frame. Once I was approved I didn't hear anything back for over 5 days. I had to reach out repeatedly until I was notified that they don't even have a permit to rent and are "hoping to be open for renting by the end of October". Completely ridiculous, now I'm stuck waiting indefinitely and having to look for a new ...place with comparable prices with an earlier move in.
