Do not live here. Our drains and AC didn’t work for the first week of move in. They barely did anything to help. There’s a giant crack in the walls. The blinds are yellow in the secondary bedroom and have not been replaced even though they said they would be. The AC person said they saw someone in our apartment when we had not been there all day and they had been there six times. There was clumps of hair painted over in the drawers. They said they got it out, didn’t. Then had to come back again ...
and ACTUALLY get it done. I have never been more stressed in my entire life. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

Recently moved to Arizona and have been enjoying the Scottsdale area. The Emory Apartments are in Old Town which is a great location with a lot of things to do within walking distance or a short drive and the rent price is not bad for what you get.

I’ve really enjoyed living here! The location is great — easy to walk to nearby shops, restaurants, and the library. The pool and hot tub are both well maintained and perfect for relaxing after work. Parking is convenient and never an issue, which makes day-to-day life a lot easier. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and convenient place to live.
