January 19, 2026Emory West Cypress is close to everything. It is within one mile of a grocery store, gas station, nail salon, beauty salon, veterinarian, restaurants, fast food, etc. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is not a waiting list for maintenance repairs. The community is friendly and considerate. The staff is always trying to come up with ways to promote community spirit. Emory West Cypress is a wonderful place to live.Property Manager Responded

December 12, 2025The leasing office is great. Maria was very helpful from the jump. Shortly after I moved i had an issue with a package and the manager Miguel was able to help me with no problem. The parking is not packed. I can come home anytime and find decent parking spaces. Would like for the online delivery service of packages to be better organized.Property Manager Responded

April 15, 2025Overall safe area. Management changes a lot which can be a bit frustrating but I like the new team that’s there now. Something is wrong with the water system. It tend to smell bad all the time when you turn the water on. I do miss having a balcony but again overall I’m ok with my stay here.Property Manager Responded
