Don’t waste your time
June 9, 2024They ask you to pay a $100 deposit that will be “refunded” if denied (still have yet to get a refund and this was the end of last month of May). Stated we met income requirements but wouldn’t disclose why we were denied, ignored my message when asked then ignored when asked by phone. Don’t bother wasting your time as well as the prices listed aren’t even accurate it changes every time, always higher then what’s posted. False advertisementProperty Manager Responded

June 21, 2023Never responsive or gives call back to the messages. Never cares enough for potential tenants. Went to see and saw garbage everywhere and buildings in terrible shape.Property Manager Responded
