Roaches/Spiders
January 24, 2020The staff is very unprofessional. They change managers and office staff monthly in last 3 months over 7 people in front office. No one knows whats going on because they are there temporarily. Apartments are infested with roaches and spiders. I had to spray my apartment and around my building every week to try and get it under control but did not help with spiders. The gate NEVER works. Security rarely comes. Cameras do not work. Cars constantly being broke into or damaged. Pool is hardly open. ...When it is it is dirty. Or filled with kids from complex next door cussing and misbehaving til 10pm. People partying til 5am at times. People fighting at all hours of the night.Police constantly responding to calls here. I would not recommend Encantada to anyone that has children.Property Manager Responded
March 5, 2020Hello we are terribly sorry that you are unhappy with our community. We take all issues brought to our attention very seriously if you could please stop by during normal business hours, or call the office when you have a moment we would be happy to address any and all concerns you have. To update you we do have weekly pest control you just have to call and asked to be added to the spray list. Security is roving and does random checks at random times if you ever need something and feel like you need to call the police please dial 911. Our pools are maintained throughout the year it has been a little windy which makes clean up process a little longer. Please call us in the event you need us at (702) 765-4715. roaches and bad kids
December 4, 2016it's okay. I would not recommend someone who values their property. kids have ripped my emblem off of one car and broken my window on another and the complex is not responsible and there are no cameras ! When I first moved in there were bugs and it took so much to get them to help the problem they went away and came back after 6 months or so. but if desperate this place will do.Review from Apartments.com

However, if you don't care to live with bugs then this place isn't so bad. You get what you pay for.
September 25, 2015These are newly remodeled apts and the update is great! There is always someone in the front office to help. It is gated, has a nice pool. They are pretty cheap, and I think you get exactly what you pay for. They are way better in comparison to other apartments in this area though. However, sometimes they can forget to get things that you asked fo fixed, and you may have to remind them. July 25, 2015At encanta apartment it very nice affordable apartment u can bet cable free water swar and trash paid all u paid for is your lights and rent. The landlord is easy to talk to they make u feel welcome here at the encanta apartment. Its gated washer and dryer faculties. I'm said it again great place to leave. But the only thing is gonna stuck that I want be able to pay my rent next month for july since I just lost my job and plus I have a 4 month old baby girl. 6nd worst apartment ever!
July 23, 2015This apartment has a gym but most of the equipment is broken, i usually dont go in there they also have a pool, but most of the time its dirty.
