Very Dirty!
February 20, 2020Just moved in and it’s filthy! Kitchen cupboards are sticky with visible grease splatter on outside. The dryer has something gross inside and the washer when filling with water has black junk coming out - filled it 4 times with cleaner and same result. The refrigerator is leaking water on the inside. Maintenance has been here twice with no resolve- not going to fix the washer dryer situation so I’m buying one and they won’t even store the old ones. Not a great experience so far. This is nothing ...like the model apartment they showed us.Property Manager Responded

Terrible
September 2, 2017At lease signing our rent went up $300.00 per month. Not our fault. Drove 1100 miles to get there had no choice had to stay. Terrible management.Property Manager Responded

My Beautiful Home
November 23, 2016Being new to the Tucson area, I wanted to make sure that I was making good choices when deciding where I was going to make my home. I visited several apartment communities in the foothills and Oro Valley areas. By far, Encantada at Dove Mountain really stood out as being the best. My apartment has everything that I could possibly ask for. The customer service from the office staff has been excellent. I definitely made a wise choice.Review from Apartments.com
